Highlights in This Release
A New Navigation Experience
We’ve redesigned navigation to create a more intuitive, streamlined product experience. With improved organization and easier access to key areas of the platform, teams can move faster and find what they need with less effort.
The new navigation will bring the menu into the lefthand margin of the Embrace web application. Users can reorder the sections of the menu via drag and drop.
Enhanced Agent Details
We’ve introduced a new agent details experience that gives users clearer visibility into agent configuration and setup. It’s now easier to review how an agent is defined, understand its capabilities, and manage it with confidence.
Agent Visualization
New visualization capabilities provide a clearer view into your agents and how they’re structured. This makes it easier to understand agent design at a glance, support collaboration, and iterate more effectively.
Agent Builder (Beta)
We’re also introducing Agent Builder (Beta), a new way to create and refine agents. Agent Builder is designed to make the setup experience more structured and approachable, helping teams build with greater speed and clarity.
As a beta release, we’ll continue improving the experience based on customer feedback.
Jira Triggers for Automations
Automations can now be triggered directly from Jira events, making it easier to connect issue activity to downstream workflows. This helps teams reduce manual work, respond faster, and build more powerful cross-functional processes.
Salesforce Integration and Tools
We’ve expanded our Salesforce integration and tools to help teams bring customer context and business workflows into the platform more seamlessly. With deeper connectivity to Salesforce, users can unlock more value from the systems they already rely on.
Our Salesforce tools enable the ability for AI Agents to search, create, and update relevant objects in Salesforce.
